Harbin urban rail utilizes a pricing system based on milage. The system first began operations in September of 2013. There are currently 3 metro lines in operation with 7 more lines in planning stages.

Below is a table for the urban rail system. In addition to regular fares, there are:

• Half price fares for seniors age 60-64 during off-peak hours
• Half price fares for students
• Free fare for seniors 65+ during off-peak hours
• Half or free fare for persons with disabilities
